All orders of jewellery are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered.
Genevieve reserves the right to refuse an order at any time.

All products remain the property of Genevieve Howard Studio until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
All transfers conducted through Genevieve Howard are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways, unless requested otherwise, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

All jewellery is handmade by Genevieve in her studio. Most stock items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, but out of stock items can take longer. If the item has to be made to order, Genevieve will inform you if that is the case. Maximum delivery time is 8 weeks.
Online purchases are subject to a postage and packaging charge, the price of which depends on the purchase value and the shipping address.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Genevieve Howard Studio cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges, import duties or tax sales outside of those charged are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order when it is dispatched.
If you require an item for a specific date, please contact Genevieve directly and she will do her best to accommodate your requirements.

We hope you will love your piece of jewellery. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or refund. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please inform Genevieve of your intention to return items in writing by email as soon as possible.
When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service. Returns are at the customer's own risk and postage is at the expense of the customer.
Any items that have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.

Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours.
If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase you must contact Genevieve directly via email.

If your jewellery arrives faulty, or damaged you must inform Genevieve within 7 days of delivery and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
Willful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.

Genevieve Howard aims for photographs, descriptions, sizes and colours to be as accurate as possible, however slight variations may occur between pieces. Images may not be actual size. Please refer to individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each item.
