• With just a little bit of care, you can protect your jewellery and keep it looking great for time to come!​

• Store your jewellery in a separate compartment or pouch inside a box to prevent items rubbing together. Take care not to drop or scratch your pieces

• Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, hairspray and lotions. Chemicals in these products can affect the beauty of your jewellery.

• Never wear your jewellery in the shower, or when swimming.

• Your silver jewellery will benefit from a clean every now and then. The best way to keep it looking great is to soak it in warm soapy water for a few minutes. You can get rid of any stubborn dirt by using a soft toothbrush in the corners. Give it a rinse and leave it on a piece of tissue to air dry.

• For shiny silver, you can use a silver polishing cloth to get rid of any tarnishing. Gently buff it back to its original shine.

• For matt silver, use a silver dip to restore your piece.

• Gold vermeil (gold plated silver): Gently clean jewellery with a soft silver or gold polishing cloth. These polishing cloths are made of soft cotton and impregnated with a specific cleaning solution. Be careful not to scrub or over-polish as this may prematurely wear away the gold plating.

• Keep your piece of paper jewellery in a box away from harsh sunlight when not wearing.

• Be careful not to drop or bang your piece against a hard surface as this may wear away the paper.

• Do not wear in wet and rainy weather.
